1. Operator

2. What we offer

MKRouterKit analyses MikroTik RouterOS configuration exports and reports security issues. The free audit shows a security score and sample findings. Full reports and AI analysis require tokens.

  • 2 token(s) — full audit report with all findings and remediation commands, for a standard configuration.
  • +2 token(s) — optional AI deep analysis, charged only if the analysis succeeds. Larger configurations cost proportionally more and the exact count is always shown before you confirm.
  • Tokens are valid for 365 days from purchase.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland). We accept major credit/debit cards. Your card details are handled solely by Stripe — we never see or store them.

4. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason — for as long as the purchase has not started to be performed.

Before you confirm the order you expressly ask us to deliver the token codes immediately, before that period ends, and you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal expires as soon as any token from that purchase is used to unlock a report. A bundle is sold and delivered as one package, not as a separate contract for each token, so using a single token ends the right of withdrawal for that purchase as a whole, including the tokens not yet used. We confirm both statements to you by e-mail together with your tokens.

  • No token used yet: withdraw within 14 days and we refund the full amount. Write to us from your order e-mail; any clear statement is enough and you need not give a reason. We refund within 14 days of receiving it, via the original payment method, at no cost to you. The tokens are then voided.
  • At least one token used: the purchase has been performed and the right of withdrawal no longer applies to it, including the remaining tokens. They stay valid for 365 days and you can use them whenever you like.

This does not affect your statutory rights in case of defects. If a report cannot be delivered, is faulty or cannot be used because of a fault on our side, tell us and we will put it right; if we do not, or the defect keeps coming back, you may withdraw and get your money back regardless of the 14-day period.

5. Complaints

If something goes wrong, let us know. Valid reasons for a complaint:

  • Token not received after confirmed payment.
  • Token not working (unable to unlock report).
  • Technical error preventing access to paid content.

We respond within 14 business days. For out-of-court resolution EU consumers may use ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Czech consumers may contact ČOI at coi.cz.

6. Liability

Audit results are informational only. We are not liable for any damages resulting from acting on or ignoring the findings. Always test configuration changes before applying them to production devices.

7. Privacy & GDPR

We process personal data under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

  • Email — for token delivery. Not used for marketing without consent.
  • Configuration export — stored so that you can re-open your report; the configuration text is automatically deleted after 90 days (the report itself stays available). Exports may contain passwords — we recommend a plain /export without show-sensitive unless you want passwords checked.
  • IP address — for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4, only with your consent, anonymised IP.

We never sell data. We share it only with processors needed to run the service: Stripe (payments), Google (analytics, only with your consent) and — only if you explicitly start the optional AI analysis — an external AI provider, which receives selected parts of your configuration with passwords and keys removed. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes are resolved before competent Czech courts.
